Design
Provide us your design or let our design professionals can guide you through the design phase.  You can custom design your home or modify and existing Lang Creek floor plan to suit your needs.

Building Your New Home
Once your design is complete, it’s time to get building. We finalize the layout, build and then erect your home in our facility to maintain complete quality control.  You are welcome to visit and see the process.

Raising
Lang Creek sends it’s own crew to your build site to erect the home on your foundation. It’s one more quality touch to make sure home is everything you want it to be.

Finishing Touches
Your Lang Creek dealer will recommend a general contractor in your area or Lang Creek can assist you in the selection of a general contractor to add the finishing touches to help turn your house into a home.
